Sour Cream Raisin Pie

1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 cup sour cream
1 cup raisins
3 T flour

  • Soak raisins until tender
  • Mix egg, sugar, flour, and sour cream
  • Add raisins
  • Cook until thick, stirring constantly
  • Pour into pie shell and cover with meringue.
