Southern Style Corn

6 T butter
2 T flour
2 T sugar
1 t salt
1/2 cup milk
1 can whole kernel corn


  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Mix flour, sugar, and salt together real well.
  • Add corn, and dry mix to the butter and stir thoroughly.
  • Add 1/2 cup milk.
  • Cook, covered, for 10 minutes on low heat.
