Bacon
Cream cheese
Teriyaki sauce (thick sauce works best)
Garlic powder
Pepper Jack cheese (thinly sliced)
Diced jalepenos
onion (thinly sliced)
- Pound fillets until meat is the size of a softball.
- dip into teriyaki sauce
- dust with garlic powder
- spread cream cheese on one side, the more the better
- add onion and jalapenos
- roll meat up like a sushi roll
- wrap bacon around the roll and secure with a toothpick
- lay on hot grill until bacon is cooked the way you like it
- about five minutes before being done add slice of pepper jack cheese on top and let melt
- serve and then step aside, some serious stuff is about to happen! :)
