Coconut Carmel Icing

Delish on top of Momma's Fresh Apple Cake

6 T butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 t  vanilla

  • cook together in saucepan until well dissolved and mix together
  • pour on top of cake
