1 stick butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 T brown sugar
3 1/2 T cocoa powder
1 1/2 t vanilla
1 pkg mini chocolate chips
chopped pecans (optional)
graham crackers or butter cookies
- soften cream cheese and butter, then cream together
- add powdered sugar, brown sugar, cocoa, and vanilla
- stir in chocolate chips
- cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
- take out and roll into a large ball
- roll ball into chopped nuts or a mixture of white and dark chocolate chips
- refrigerate at least another hour
- serve on graham crackers or butter cookies
