2 T minced green pepper
2T minced onion
4 T butter
2 eight ounce can tomato sauce
4 T sugar
2 t Worcestershire sauce
dash cayenne pepper
- in medium skillet cook and stir green pepper and onion in butter over low heat until onion is tender
- stir in tomato sauce, sugar and seasonings
- simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened
- pour into a three egg omelet (recipe makes enough for two omelets.)
