1 cup chopped onions
1 can chicken broth
2 cans water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups milk
- Bring hash browns, onions, and broth to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add soups and milk and continue to simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Serve.
Top with sour cream and cheese to make baked potato soup.
