6 large diced potatoes
1 large minced onion
6 bacon strips
1-2 small cans evaporated milk or 2-3 cups half&half
2 cans chopped clams (do not drain)
2 T margarine
- Cook potatoes in large kettle with enough water to cover until tender.
- Cook bacon and onions together and drain.
- When potatoes are done add onion, bacon, and clams.
- Add enough milk to make creamy.
- Float margarine on top.
- Serve
